The Social Emotional Leadership Institute (SELI) of the Ismael Cala Foundation is a flagship education and research hub focused on cultivating emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and conscious leadership among youth, educators, and emerging leaders. It combines evidence-based social-emotional learning with the Foundation’s holistic approach to deliver scalable programs, certifications, and research opportunities.
The ICF Guild of Champions represents a strategic step in the growth of the Ismael Cala Foundation as it evolves into a globally recognised institution for sustainable social impact.
